Our return policy does not apply to curtains, wallpaper, or personalized/custom orders. For those, please refer to the specific product FAQ.
Return Window:
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Tentela Covers Return Shipping:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Customer-Paid Returns:
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong style or size? No problem—just note that you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
If you’d like us to send you a return label, the label cost and original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
